Alex Spencer

I have been a Health & Fitness Professional since 2012 but my journey starts well before that growing up in Linden, MI. I started my career as a personal trainer while attending Baylor University in Waco, TX studying Exercise Physiology. Upon graduation, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and began a career in coaching at the collegiate level. I received my Master of Science in Kinesiology from Dallas Baptist University. I've competed in Bodybuilding and Powerlifitng but have also dabbled in Strongman, Crossfit, and some endurance races.
